All of our items are custom-made on demand. This allows us to reduce waste and create something meaningful just for you.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be created and prepared for shipment. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
These estimates are based on our fulfillment partner’s average delivery times and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Total Delivery Time
Please expect your order to arrive within approximately:
- 5–12 business days (U.S.)
- 9–21 business days (International)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Because each item is made just for you, occasional delays can happen—especially during holidays or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s being made with care.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Beacon Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
